Sink or Swim well-being

Please find attached poster detailing a free 6 week online programme entitled Sink or Swim, which may be of interest to parents of children attending a nursery or primary school setting.  The programme explores the reality of parenting whilst sharing useful tips and techniques to support parental mental health and wellbeing.

There are a few spaces available on a programme which will be commencing next Wednesday 11^th May from 10-11.30am.
