We are delighted to announce our first Friends of St. Joseph’s event - Yoga Fun Morning which will support the school raising vital funds for a new outdoor classroom.
- Sunday 28th September
- Parent and child practicing together at St Joseph’s Primary School, Bessbrook
Session 1:
- 10am – 10.40am - Yogi animals for nursery to P2 children (40mins)
You and your little one will explore the world of animals as we create our surrounding with yoga postures
Session 2:
- 11am – 12pm - P3+ Yoga basics and Acro (60mins)
Flow, move and create postures together.
Join in with Yoga nidra and breath work to calm our minds and ground ourselves.
This brings an opportunity for all ages and levels to try yoga practice while bonding and enjoying time with your kids.
Enjoy the practice of yoga by placing a small donation to confirm your place £5 per pair (adult and child) - additional £2 per child thereafter (max 30 pairs/ trios)

During each yoga session, we will have table top activities with games, arts and crafts for any siblings waiting their turn.
All donations welcome on the day.
