Primary 5 had a fantastic and fun time working with Kieran Gallagher from Gallagher Gardening. The children learnt all about the importance of bees and other pollinators, why flowers are so brightly coloured and important features and parts of plants. Kieran has a wealth of knowledge and shared it so well with the children. The children then had an opportunity to plant flowers for around our school, which will help those important pollinators coming into spring.
