P.3/P.4 have begun an exciting new topic this term called ‘What a Waste’. As part of this topic, pupils will be learning about waste and recycling and how we can all help to look after our environment.
Today the children thoroughly enjoyed taking part in our Activity Based Learning activities linked to this topic and showed great enthusiasm while exploring how materials can be reduced, reused and recycled. Our activities included sorting items into their different materials, designing an eco superhero, playing a board game all about recycling and using the Bee-Bot app on the iPads to create a sequence of instructions to help Bee-Bot collect all the recycling. Well done class!
